Goldspar's
Yacht Squadron range revives the natural traditions of Victorian-era-yacht
clubs who used gaff rigged masts as signalling flagpoles to
start regattas and fly the pennants of visiting clubs.
Their use by clubs today adds a colourful focal point to such
special occasions as match days and regattas.
The poles are manufactured to Australian Standards for aluminium
structures with sound tapered tubes, heat treated and powder-coated
to give the most durable exterior finish.
Supplied complete and ready to erect on prepared footings,
Yacht Squadron flag masts require minimum maintenance and will
give years of pleasure to club members and visitors.
Structural note: Goldspar aluminium flag masts are manufactured to comply
with Australian Standards (AS1170.2-1989) from high quality
6063/6060 Series aluminium tube. All poles have structural engineering certification for
above ground structures. Consult your structural engineer for
soil conditions and footing types.
